What is Hypnosis:

Hypnosis allows you to work with your subconscious mind to overcome any life challenge you are facing to bring out your very best and highest self.  A session is relaxing and peaceful.   While in a relaxed and comfortable state of light sedation in hypnosis you are in control at all times and leave feeling confident and more in control of your life and wellbeing. 

I am certified in and offer two different forms or styles of hypnosis, Traditional Consulting Hypnosis and Soul Entrainment.®️ 

 

CONSULTING HYPNOSIS:

I am a Certified Consulting Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists.  Using traditional hypnosis techniques we work together to determine the root of your concern and goals to address them.  We then use techniques to access your subconscious mind to bring out your best and highest self releasing doubts, fears and learned habits that are challenging your ability to be your very best and most empowered self. 

 

SOUL ENTRAINMENT®️

Your soul is your divine essence. It knows everything about you past present and future and it holds all the answers.  We call this intuition and we all have access to it at all times.   In the chaos of every day life it is sometimes hard to hear the messages and the answers we already know deep down in our soul. 

Using Soul Entrainment®️, my certification as a consulting hypnotist  and my intuition I guide you to a deep state of relaxation where you can more easily connect with your soul and find answers to questions that are in your best and highest interest.  You remain in control but in an open and receptive state that allows you to listen and reveal the answers you need to be your best, healthiest and most abundant self.

I offer group and private Soul Entrainment®️ sessions and am able to offer these virtually via zoom or in class settings.  Group sessions are a wonderful relaxing way to connect more deeply with your knowing.   Private one on one sessions allow you to go deeper into a connection as the session is more interactive and driven by the answers you are receiving from your soul.
